Few years back, even before I get to know about the Brother line, a lot of IT people began buzzing me about how wonderful is this printer, and make me want to check it out. Wow, I guess this printer is really special in someway.
Anyway, I was researching around what other people said about this printer on internet reviews, and almost all of them gave it a 5 stars rating. To my surprise, couple of the professional printer sites even award this Brother Color Laser Printer as BEST color laser printer of all time!
Well, after having this Brother HL 4040 for a while now, a few things that I think Brother really stands out in is its printer design. Look at it, it’s just a beautiful creation!

If you’re putting through lots of volume and are looking for a printer that will easily handle your print volumes, there are a number of things to consider.
While the price tag of these printers may be higher than many others, this is for a number of reasons:
- It has a much longer total lifetime
- It has a lower per page toner cost (if you printer large volumes, this can be more cost effective)
- It will print faster
- It will process (and be able to hold) large print jobs better
- It will give you higher quality results
- It will mean people are waiting less time for the printer
As a quick breakdown, if you can save 10 cents on the cost of a page by moving to a larger printer, and you print 1,000 pages per month, that equals out to a savings of $100 per month, or $1,200 per year – these savings can easily save you much more than the cost of the printer, and at the same time give you a better quality unit.
For the Heavy Duty category, my favorite unit has been the HP LaserJet 4700N.

Best Budget Color Laser Printer
Wow, I there’s been a lot of development in the printer world lately!
Anyway, but for those who are on tight budget, or do relatively low volume printing, a workgroup or larger scale color laser printer is definitely too expensive to have, especially for someone who also has a few other gadgets to buy 
Well, what is my best recommendation for best budget color laser printer?

The overall printer is extremely affordable and it is one of the Best Color Laser Printers available for people like us!
After spending days looking and testing different models in the “budget” range, I’ve found that this printer can generate clean lines and images while at the same time not breaking the bank. This is important because it’s a good balance of being in an entry level price range, while not being cheap and flimsy like many “budget” products are known to be.
